Our general notary services include affidavits, power of attorney, medical authorization forms, contracts, real estate documents, and other legally binding paperwork. Notarial fees are charged per notarized signature in accordance with Georgia state guidelines.

For real estate and loan signing services, we assist with refinance packages, buyer and seller documents, HELOCs, loan modifications, and deed signings. Loan signing fees vary depending on the type of package, printing requirements, and travel distance.

We also specialize in apostille processing for documents intended for international use, including birth certificates, marriage certificates, power of attorney, school records, and business documents. Apostille service fees vary based on document type, processing time, and shipping needs.

A mobile travel fee applies to all appointments and is based on distance and location. Same-day, after-hours, and expedited services may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for a customized quote prior to scheduling your appointment.

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport). Bring all documents that need to be notarized (unsigned), and make sure they are complete and ready for signing. If witnesses are required, please arrange for them in advance unless otherwise discussed. If documents need to be printed, please confirm prior to the appointment.

What are your travel fees?

A travel fee applies to all mobile appointments. The fee is based on distance, time, and location. You will receive a total quote before your appointment is confirmed

How soon can I book a signing?

Appointments may be available the same day depending on schedule and location. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day and after-hours appointments may be subject to additional fees.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

If your document requires witnesses, please inform us in advance. In most cases, the signer must provide their own witnesses unless arrangements are made beforehand.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in x State?

Yes. We offer Remote Online Notary (RON) services for eligible documents. Remote notarizations are conducted securely via approved online platforms in compliance with Georgia state law. Please contact us to confirm if your document qualifies.
